All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (for orders over €50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mode Vêtements Boutique. If you’re not happy with your item, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • A proof of purchase (order number or delivery note) must be included
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or we made an error:

  • Bonnets et cache-oreilles (Hats & Ear Warmers)
  • Ceintures (Belts)
  • Cravates et nœuds papillon (Ties & Bow Ties)
  • Gants (Gloves)
  • Lunettes de soleil (Sunglasses)

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the subject line « Demande de retour/échange – [Your Order Number] ». Include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Item name, size, and color
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange (specify alternative product if exchanging)
    • Your full name, email address, and phone number
  2. Wait for authorization – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your item carefully with all original accessories and documents. Include the completed return form (provided with your order) or a note with your order number and reason for return.

    We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item and approved your refund. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive and process your return. You will receive tracking information for your new item via email.
